Hi, Alan,
I hope you're doing well. I was in Dresden last year and happened to have a nice rental car and a free weekend between Friday/Monday meetings, so I drove up to Berlin and stopped by the Kennedy Schule on a Saturday morning. There was a girls basketball tournament in the gym, so I was able to go in and look around. I was amazed at how much has changed but also how much is still exactly the same.
I don't remember if I told you, but we were not able to secure spots at JFK for our boys, so we decided it's not a good time to move to Europe - not just now while our guys are still in high school. Our youngest is just finishing 9th grade, and we're thinking we'll think about Europe again when they're both in college.
I heard from Georg Jaesrich not long ago, and I'll see if I can connect with him next time I'm in Munich.
